What we collect and why
Information you give us
- Inquiry & quote requests: name, business name, email, country, phone number (optional), and the message you send. We use this to respond to your inquiry, send a quote, and discuss your wholesale needs.
- Sample & catalogue requests: shipping address, contact details, and order specifications. Used solely to fulfil your request.
- Email correspondence: when you email us, we keep the thread for record-keeping and future reference of your account.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps. Used for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and basic site analytics. Retained for up to 90 days.
- Cookies: we use strictly necessary cookies (cart, session, security) and, with your consent, analytics cookies via Google Site Kit (GA4). You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
- WooCommerce data: if you build an inquiry list, the products and quantities are stored in your browser session and on our server until you submit the inquiry or the session expires.

Who we share data with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share it only with the parties needed to deliver your order or operate our site:
- Shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, EMS, freight forwarders) — recipient name, address, phone for shipping labels.
- Payment processors — bank wire details and invoice information when you pay an invoice.
- Email & hosting providers — our website host and email provider process data on our behalf under standard data-processing terms.
- Tax authorities & export agencies — we provide invoice and shipment data as required by Nepali export regulations.

How long we keep your data
- Inquiry records: retained for up to 7 years for tax and trade compliance.
- Email correspondence: retained for the duration of our business relationship plus 3 years.
- Order & invoice records: retained for 10 years to meet Nepali tax law requirements.
- Web server logs: 90 days.
- Analytics cookies: per Google Analytics retention setting (currently 14 months).
International transfers
Our servers are located in our hosting provider’s data centre. By contacting us or placing an order from outside Nepal, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in Nepal under Nepali law.
