Airport-to-airport or door-to-door via airfreight consolidator. Minimum chargeable weight 45 kg. More economical than courier for mid-volume orders.

Delivered to your nominated freight forwarder or customs broker at destination airport.

EMS / Registered Post

1 – 4 weeks

Nepal PostEMSUnder 20 kg

Economy postal service via Nepal Post EMS network. Suitable for lightweight parcels under 20 kg. Tracking available but less granular than express carriers.

Delivery time varies by destination country and customs processing speed.

Best for: lightweight · budget shipping · non-urgent

Land / Sea Cargo

70 – 90 days

Full or less-than-container load via Indian seaports (Kolkata / Mumbai). Most economical for large wholesale orders. Transit time depends on destination port and transshipment routing.

Container capacities: 20 ft = 33 CBM, 40 ft = 67 CBM.

Best for: large orders · FCL · lowest cost per unit

Volumetric Weight (Courier / Air)

All courier and air freight carriers charge whichever is higher. Lightweight bulky items (cushions, felt products) often attract volumetric surcharge.

CBM — Sea / Land Cargo

Container loads:
  20 ft standard → ≈ 33 CBM
  40 ft standard → ≈ 67 CBM
  40 ft high-cube → ≈ 76 CBM

LCL (less-than-container) shipments are charged per CBM with a minimum of 1 CBM. FCL is quoted as a flat container rate.

After your order is confirmed

Here is what happens from order acceptance to goods departure from Kathmandu.

Submit your packing list & shipping details Provide the consignee name, delivery address, and preferred carrier. We confirm final weight and CBM within 2 business days.

We confirm rates and book the shipment We share the freight quote and booking confirmation. Pre-shipment quality inspection included on orders of 250 pcs+.

Goods dispatched with full documentation Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (Nepal SAFTA eligible), phytosanitary certificate where applicable. Tracking shared on same day as handover to carrier.
