Wholesale wool felt products handmade in Nepal by women’s co-operatives in the Kathmandu Valley. Cat caves, slippers, dryer balls, tea coasters, keyrings, decorations and Christmas ornaments, all in 100% natural wool, no synthetic fillers, no glues.

How our felt is made

Wet-felting: raw wool is carded, laid into a pattern or stuffed into a mold, then rolled with hot soapy water for 2–6 hours. The agitation causes wool fibres to interlock permanently, no stitching, no glue, no backing fabric. Our felt reaches a density of roughly 0.25 g/cm³, which locks fibres permanently and prevents the heavy shedding common in cheap mass-produced felt.

Wool sourcing

We use 100% pure New Zealand merino wool for our premium range (cat caves, slippers, ball garlands, felted rugs) and a blend of New Zealand merino plus locally-sourced Himalayan sheep wool for heavier industrial felt. Merino is chosen for its 18–24 micron count, which produces felt that is soft against skin without itching. No synthetic fibres, no acrylic blends.
