Is there a minimum order quantity?

No fixed minimum. 30+ pieces per SKU is recommended because shipping from Nepal can otherwise exceed the cost of the product. Sample and retail orders are welcome.

What is the lead time?

Small orders under 50 units typically ship within 2–4 weeks. Larger orders scale with quantity; full container loads run 3–4 months.

Do you accept custom branding or private label?

How is the product shipped from Nepal?

Door-to-door courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD) for small orders, with 5–9 day air-freight transit. Air or sea cargo for larger orders — sea freight runs 70–90 days.

White felt dryer balls are the eco-laundry product wholesale buyers cannot keep on the shelf. Each ball is hand-felted from 100% Himalayan sheep wool, no synthetic core, no chemical treatments, no fragrance additives, by women artisans in our partner co-operatives in Kathmandu.

Used in the dryer in sets of 3 or 6, the balls bounce between fabrics to separate them, reducing drying time by 25–40% and softening laundry naturally without dryer sheets, fabric softener or microplastic release. Each ball lasts roughly 1000+ dryer cycles, typically 3–5 years of household use, before it needs replacing.

Roughly 7cm in diameter, around 50g each. The white colourway is pure undyed wool, suitable for all fabric colours including whites and delicates. Customers can add a few drops of essential oil for naturally scented laundry.
