Free Exchanges for Defective Items

If your handcrafted item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll exchange it for the same product at no extra cost.

To Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at studenthandicraft@gmail.com
  2. Include clear photos of the damage
  3. Describe the issue briefly
  4. We’ll respond within 24 hours with next steps
