Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable

Partial Refunds May Apply
In certain situations, we may offer a partial refund instead of a full refund:
Items returned with minor damage
If damage occurred after delivery (not our shipping error)
Missing components
If parts or accessories are missing from the return
Late returns (pre-approved only)
Returns received after 30 days with prior approval
